VCI Resin Rust Preventive Master Batch

The TaMuWo VCI Resin (Vaporized Corrosion Preventive Resin) is a functional master batch for the production of anti-rust film. It is a low-density polyethylene matrix which is prepared by mixing and concentrating LDPE, LLDPE and VCI(Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) anti rust materials.

*Static-free anti-corrosion VCI resin (TRMSE);

*Multiple-metal anti-rust VCI resin (TRM150).

Application Method:

1.Weigh and take respectively the master batch and new PE granules according to the established formulation proportion, then mix them evenly and feed them for film blowing production

2.Set the temperatures for the fusion range and mould head range of a blow molding machine according to the requirements, otherwise they will have effects on the quality of VCI film.

3.If it is necessary to produce colored anti corrosion film, control the addition amount of the colored resin granules in the range of the established proportion and its PH value shall be neutral.

4.Seal again the original packaging in time after taking the resin granules to avoid its being affected with damp.

Storage:

With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
