VCI Powder

Product introduction

The TaMuWo VCI powder is a water-soluble anti-corrosion material, which can be for both wet and dry use. It is used for anti rust inside pipes, tanks, containers, etc., and can also be used as a powder packet for rust prevention. Wet: After being dissolved in water, do pressure test on boilers, pumps and other products. (Anti-rust powder can also be processed into granular VCI anti corrosion powder, or VCI tablet (capsule type);

The principle of rust prevention

VCI rust-preventing particles are automatically released, forming a protective layer on the surface of the metal to prevent electron ion current flowing from the anode to the cathode, thereby suppressing the occurrence of corrosion reaction, while the anti rust particles and the internal oxygen molecules and water molecules are combined to limit their Free movement, creating interlocking function to achieve rust prevention purposes;

Product advantages

(1)The rust-proof particles can be slowly vaporized inside the package for a long time to prevent rust, and the rust-proof period is 1 year (up to 2 years depending on the use condition);

(2) The anti rust particles can penetrate into all corners of the package, especially for the metal products which are difficult to apply by the anti-rust oil, and can handle the corners which cannot be treated by the general anti-rust agent, thereby achieving better anti-rust effect;

(3)When steam condensate occurs, the vaporized particles are dissolved in the water to act as a rust preventive liquid, thus eliminating the possibility of corrosion;

(4)No need to apply anti rust oil, save the brushing and degreasing process, the working environment is clean, thus saving the cost of process and labor force, and improving work efficiency;

(5)Does not affect the characteristics of metal products, and does not need to be cleaned later;

(6)It can be used in a variety of ways, dry and soluble in water, or can be made into non-woven packet of different weights;

(7) It can be used in boiler pressure test after being dissolved in water, and can be recycled, which is very economical;

(8)Our products do not need vacuum packaging, simply sealed and packaged;

(9)The materials used are FDA approved food-grade chemical raw materials, which do not contain nitrite and substances that are carcinogenic or mutated to the human body, so that they are safe, non-toxic and environmentally friendly;

The application: the use of our products before metal should be clean, in a rust-free state

Dry use:

1)Dispersion: Sprayed on the inner surface of the cavity of the boiler, pipe, etc.  The advantage is that the VCI anti-rust component is evenly distributed, which is more conducive to the full effect of rust prevention;

2)Made of non-woven packet: The rust-proof powder can be placed in gauze or ventilated paper bag (such as anti rust patch and anti rust tablet), and then placed in the rust-proof object package. The advantage is that it is dust-free and easy to operate. ;

Wet use:

 After being dissolved in water in proportion, it is injected into the boiler for hydraulic pressure test, or internal rust prevention such as pipeline tank, which can be recycled, so that the inner wall of boiler, pipeline, tank etc remain with anti-rust protection effect after releasing the aqueous solution.
