Product introduction

The TaMuWo VCI paper is specially made by special Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor anti-corrosion liquid and pure wood pulp kraft paper, and is used for iron and non-ferrous metal anti-rust packaging materials.

The rust prevention

The TaMuWo VCI anti corrosion paper is used to package metal products, automatically release VCI particles, form a molecular thick protective layer on the metal surface, prevent electron ion flowing from the anode to the cathode, thereby inhibiting the occurrence of corrosion reaction, while preventing rust. The VCI particles and the internal oxygen molecules and water molecules combine with each other, restricting their free movement, creating interlocking functions and achieving corrosion protective purposes.

Product advantages

*The volatile corrosion inhibitor(VCI) particles good gasification velocity and the anti-corrosion period can reach 1 year;

*The rust-preventing particles can penetrate into corners of the package, especially the metal products which are difficult to apply by the anti rust oil, and can handle the corners which cannot be treated by the general anti-corrosion agent, thereby achieving better anti-corrosion effect;

PE film VCI anti corrosion paper (80g): the base paper is 80g/m2+ outer layer 30g/m2 PE film;
