VCI Liquid Anti Corrosion Liquid

Product introduction

The TaMuWo VCI liquid is a liquid Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor product, which can completely replace the anti-corrosion oil or grease directly used in the anti-rust of metal products, especially suitable for the objects of using anti corrosion film, anti-corrosion paper and corrosion proof powder etc.

How VCI liquid works

After being applied to metal products, TaMuWo VCI anti-rust liquid automatically releases Vapor corrosion inhibitor particles, forming a molecular thick protective layer on the surface of metal, preventing the electric ion flowing from the anode to the cathode, thus suppressing corrosion reaction, and preventing rust particles. It combines with the internal water molecules and oxygen molecules to limit their free movement and  to prevent rust.

Product advantages

*The corrosion proof particles can penetrate into the corners of package, especially the corners of metal products which are difficult to apply with the anti rust oil, and can handle the corners which cannot be treated by the general anti-rust agent, thus achieving better anti corrosion effect;

*By spraying or injecting anti-corrosion treatment of the inner surface of the pipeline,boiler etc to prevent rust;

*The using method is simple, and it can be used for spray, soak and brush;

*It does not stain the metal parts, and can directly perform the later operation on the metal products without cleaning;

*Our products do not need vacuum packaging. Compared with vacuum packaging, the packaging materials are low in cost and the packaging method is simple, but can get the similar effect as vacuum packing;

(1) The metal products should be clean and in a state of no rust before use;

(2) Treating the metal products by means of soaking, spraying, painting, etc., and then filling the products into ordinary plastic bags for sealing and packaging;

(3) Avoid open air operations and avoid direct sunlight;

(4) For the remaining rust-proof liquid that not been used yet, they should be sealed and kept in time;

(5) The amount of additive is 7-10m2/kg;
